ordered and paid for a new tire, they delivered a tire that was clearly used, not new. Pictures to verify, and KM delivery driver notated his sheet that it was in fact a used tire. Contacted expecting they would discount for my customer to make it right, they refused and only offered to deliver a new one the next week. Out of town customer clearly isn't waiting 3 days for a tire, so sent them to Walmart and lost the sale. Turns out walmart didn't have one in stock, so the customer came back and I ended up installing KM's used tire for them for free to smooth over a frustrating day, so lost the sale, the install, and the cost of a NEW tire that wasn't new. Rather than try to make it right in the end, they instead restricted my access to online pricing and ordering. Im far from their biggest customer, but I did a lot of business with them. Strange way for them to choose to end it.

For the truck drivers... Great new location, plenty of room to get to the docks. New address doesn't come up on the maps yet but the pinned location is accurate. Had app at 07:00, arrived before 06:00 and gate was open. Had to wait until app time, they were helpful and punctual. No overnight parking on site but the street is a dead end with enough room to park on the street.
