Hannah has been wonderful to deal with on anything needed since we purchased our camper there. Have been very pleased with our Grand Design Transcend XPlorer and everyone at this Blue Compass dealership! Thank you Everyone! Edit: I again want to thank Josh and Hannah for being a wonderful team to deal with in the service department! Josh is amazing and full of knowledge of campers and always knows exactly what we need to do for any fixes. And Hannah is so efficient and is a beautiful face to deal with at the service desk! Always know exactly what's going on! Thank you both for always going above and beyond for us customers! Multiple times in the service department and they always take perfect care of us and our camper is never there for long with such effecient service turnaround! Great dealership!!

Although they did not have the part we needed they told us where to find it. Without them we would not have been back up and running today!! Thank you for your help today. Great business and professional and friendly staff!!

I have no idea about their sales, but let me tell you about their service center. In October 2023 my camper was parked and was vandalized, 1. the back window was shattered 2. the curtain was broken 3. refrigerator door outside broken 4. the door window was shattered, 5. screen torn out 6. the lock to the door was broken. Made an appointment to get an estimate on October 23, 2023. I arrive to get the estimate, what they wanted me to do was leave it and they get an estimate to me. they said they would charge me for an estimate unless they fix it. I figured since national company I would have them fix it also. So I did not have a charge for an estimate. I called 4 days later to find out estimate my insurance had approved them to fix it so figured it would be done it is an Estimate. They had not done it, 2 weeks no estimate 3 weeks finally said they were checking on parts and costs week four no cost or estimate. At this time I am done and told insurance I would go get it and take it some where else, He said they have estimate done only following up on a curtain. He called me every week on Friday to give me updates since I dropped it off. 2 months after dropping it off they call and said estimate done do I want it fixed. I about came undone, I told you to fix it 2 months ago, seriously my agent also told you to order and fix it is 2 years old hell yes I want it fixed. my agent continues to talk to them each week and calls me after 3 + months he said they had all of the stuff except a curtain but it to be in that day and they schedule it to be fixed. Remember door and big back window busted so I covered with plastic sheeting and taped both the door and window so if it rained snowed nothing got inside, so dealer had it in their possession they did get it fixed in couple days, but when I went to pick it up asked for keys took them 30 min to find the keys for new lock. when I looked at the door where taped there was still tape remnants on the door, then I looked at the back window same thing on the camper from tape. I opened the door and the screen was still torn and not fixed the refrig door still taped, so they said they would fix screen and see if they had something for fridge door. 45 minutes later they pulled it back out. Note: they had the camper 3 months and 3 weeks at this point. the battery was dead so had to manually crank it down to hook up, they did not lock the door. I was driving home and it pulled strange pulled in so I could check the air in tires every tire 10 lbs to 15 lbs low, from sitting out in cold they did not check pressure before releasing it. I get home plug it in open door lights are on hint explains the battery dead. I open the slide and notice immediately waling in glass on floor from the door window. Walk to the back and see glass on the back shelf and floor from the back window. they did not clean the inside from the shattered windows OMG WHY. I get home get some goo out and cleaned the back of camper in 20 min, went to clean the door and notice caulk/silicone spread half inch in some spots to 1/4 inch others but right over the top of the tape ARE YOU KIDDING ME. took me more time to clean the door because of the silicone so far out of the door window about 30 to 45 min to clean the door, and have to sweep and mop the inside due to the glass all over the floor. I can tell you I would never recommend service from Blue Compass and anyone I will talk to in future recommend any where else not blue compass. Service sucks in every way. Do not go here. It took everything I have not to rip some one for shody service. I also asked for copy of all work done from them to compare with my insurance could not get it to print but would email it to me. It has been 3 hours since I picked it up so have to call for receipt of what was done and charged. DAMN

Nothing good to say about this place !! The hits just get better every time I have to deal with Blue Compass
