Don Hattan Chevrolet Service

First visit to this service department, for the car's first routine service and to complete two service bulletins found during the appointment process. From the first interaction to the last the staff were professional, kind, and thorough. When one of the service bulletin actions took longer than expected I received a timely phone call with an offer to reschedule so we could have the car back or complete the action first thing in the morning, with the car being available by lunchtime the next day. Received a pleasant surprise when the car was ready by 10AM. Car was vacuumed while in for service, and the EV charge was topped off as well. Both very nice touches. Tyler, Karen, and Service Manager Dan all went out of their way to ensure we received the kind of service one would want. What a great first impression!

I called and they had the fastest turn around time on my transmission for a work truck that went out. Tow in lot & service, Hannah was friendly and professional. Repair completed ahead of schedule. Highly Recommend Don Hattan Chevrolet

Got the bait and switch treatment here. I Schedule to see this Ford Branco. I scheduled it 3 days in advance. The day I get here they say they move it to another dealership 3hours before my appointment and then try to tell me they'll sell it to me for $3,000 more than the original asking price. Scam dealership, avoid if possible. Update: I got a message from the sales team saying they'll now honor the original price now, after I turned them down and posted this review. Why didn't they honor the original price to begin with? They tried to get me to pay more, and didn't care. They didn't try to do the right thing, till now. I wonder how many other times this has happened at their dealership, and people just accepted the scam.

I was in for an oil change on 9th of Feb, and while there I asked Dan in service if he would give me a quote on tires. He gave me complete out the door pricing incl 4 wheel alignment. They were cheaper on same tires I was looking for than the other 5 places where I recd quotes. (no dealers. only local and "chains"). Dan let me know same day as oil change that tires would be there next day. Made appt for 13th of Feb, was there at 11, Tyler was right on it and took it right in. Dan came to waiting area and said I was ready. When Tyler gave me the invoice, to my awesome suprise, it was over $300.00 LESS than original quote!!!! Dan said parts dept had found supplier with better price on tires, and passed it on to me!!!!! Huge thanks to Dan and Tyler in service, Jeff who was tech that performed the work, and the parts dept!! The service dept is the backbone of every dealer, and this one is TOP NOTCH! Congratulations Jill on putting together a great TEAM!!!! Not in the market right now for a used or new vehicle, but when time comes, can promise you wont "shop you last", but will see you FIRST!! Thank you for everything, and keep up the tremendous work!!!!

Don Hattan, lil pricey but over all you all get what you pay for...yes you pay lil more for the Dealer Service...communication can lil challenging with the front line....but overall I have been going to Don Hattan since Jan 2013....an oops or two....but they have always made it right.....n yes we all pay a lil more there....but then there are there for us next time.....! Appreciate the work folks!!!!!
