Myers Automotive has been an exceptional place to take my vehicles. First and foremost, they are quick to get me in and get my issues taken care of. Second, they have never tried to upsell me, steer me wrong, or push any service that is not essential. Finally, they are very informative and provide a good picture of the health of my vehicle. I wouldn’t take my cars anywhere else.

After unsuccessfully trying to replicate it and doing a diagnostic that didn’t find the problem, Myers returned the truck to me without charge. They said they could put in a new starter but didn’t want to throw parts at it in case that wasn’t the problem. I was EXTREMELY IMPRESSED with their integrity.

View on GoogleNeeded routine service & tires rotated, plus one additional thing adjusted (headlights). I had recently received a coupon in the mail for the primary care items, but found that Myers Automative policy doesn’t allow for scheduling of routine service. This was frustrating to me, but the wait wasn’t too bad. Thorough job, (including the survey) was priced competitively, but anything else is going to be pricey.
View on GoogleThe coolant was gone, along with the water in my auto. There was an oil leak also. Found out the clamps on my hoses were placed wrong and was causing problems also. Everything was fixed and the next day I saw the coolant was down again. I took it back to Myers and EVERYTHING was explained to me in great detail. I finally understood what was wrong with my car. The mechanic was understanding and professional. If only they were in Dallas, I would use them for all my auto services. Great job and great customer service.
