I wouldn’t recommend. I took my car for a coolant leak in January. I hadn’t heard from them for 7 days, so I called for an update. Josh was very polite and seemed helpful, But didn’t know the status yet and advised me he’d get back. He called and told me the mechanic said something was wrong with my ignition coils. ( They had been replaced the year before. All 6) I decided then I’d just pick my car up, & take it to Audi, seemed like some guessing going on. So I went the next night, the mechanic was there. He was super apologetic and advised there was something wrong with the ignition coils, But I just wanted the leak fixed. He asked me to order a hose on Amazon and he’d install it for no cost for the inconvenience, Just give him a call when it comes. And was super nice. Reboosted my confidence in them, He explained every so well that I decided I’d just let him do it. ( Also ordered new coils with the warranty jic) but he did say the mechanic (prior year) who installed my coils had broken a latch. 🤔 I ordered the hose and called. There was no answer for about a week, Finally I was able to reach them through Josh. The mechanic called me and asked me to come get the hose installed the next day. I also needed an oil chg by then so I inquired and he said “yeah I can do both for $280” 😂 So I remind him about the “free install for the inconvenience” promise and he said couldn’t, he was doing me a favor with the 280. But he’d do it for 180 if I get my own oil. 🙄 Ok sure. So I stop by the next day @ 12:30 as agreed. No one was there, I called him. He was once again apologetic and said “ I was just about to call you, I had a family emergency” And would have to do it the next day. Ok. I go back the next day, with the hose and oil chg kit. He looks at the hose, And says that’s not the right one. I got a little irritated, pulled up my eBay and asked him to pick the hose required. He told me to just keep the other 1 I ordered just in case mine breaks while he installs the correct 1. I ordered it right there with him. He did the oil chg for 100. Acted like installing the air filter was a huge favor for me. (Super duper passive aggressive)🙄 Now I have the hose and can’t reach him, it’s been 3 weeks. I obviously found a new mechanic. But I think people should know about the lack of accountability in this young man, And lack of regard for people’s time. It’s 3/20 (2 mos later) and I’ll finally have my hose installed today. 🙂

We had engine issues it seemed nobody else could diagnose. Josh figured it out right away and quickly fixed it. Going forward, we will always choose this service first! Honest, fast, and thorough—an easy and obvious 5 stars.

I had an extremely frustrating experience with this shop and its owner, Josh. My truck was there for 9 months and was still not properly fixed by the time I finally gave up and took it somewhere else. Throughout the entire process, communication was a major issue. Josh was rarely available to speak, and when I was able to reach him, I was given repeated promises and timelines that were never followed through on. It felt like I was constantly being told what I wanted to hear, but nothing actually changed. After months of waiting, I’m not even convinced the original problem was ever properly addressed. To make matters worse, I ended up having to take on some of the work myself just to move things along, which is completely unacceptable after paying for professional repair services. In the end, I wasted a significant amount of time and energy, and still had to go to another shop to get the job done. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for reliable, honest, or timely service.

After 14 years of the same mechanic I was forced to look for a new one ( which made me very nervous ). Someone recommended Josh to me and I'm very happy they did. He got my heater working in my Audi in a timely manner. He is professional and personable. He even followed up with me to make sure everything was good.

I have never used a mechanic as honest, knowledgeable, reliable, and with such incredible customer service as Josh. He and his team got our work truck back up and running and communicated thoroughly throughout the whole process. Even checked up on us after to make sure everything was running well. He is genuine and I would trust him with any vehicle repair!
