Have taken my vehicle to this location twice. Everybody is super nice and extremely helpful! The manager went out of his way to make sure we got the best deals we could get for the things we needed done. I will definitely be taking my vehicle back there as needed!
View on GoogleUnfortunately I had a flat due to a nail. The ironic thing is I had just left another service (suv is under warranty)for replacing my headlight from a rock going through it and they would not fit me in for my flat tire. So, I took it to Firestone who, even though they were swamped, worked me in. After letting them know it would be fine to keep it overnight, it was ready by 8:00am the next morning and they were courteous, friendly and even rechecked the tire pressure before I left. Thank you so much!
View on GoogleTrack 13 in Wichita’KS. We moved last week and had to do two pit stops. Movers had to load, then unload to storage then on to the house. They were amazing. Even helped us load our plant Pots, which were rather large and very heavy. Thank you! Going to use them again for sure! 🙏🏻😊
View on GoogleHad tires replaced. I was told the wheels were on to tight and that they stripped a wheel stud. They wanted to charge me $220.00 to replace the stud and lug nut. No way. I came home took a lug off the spare and it threaded right on and torqued it to spec.
View on GoogleEveryone was friendly and nice and eager to help me! But the real reason I keep going back to the Andover location is six years ago this last weekend I had my truck for three days. I ended up getting a nail in the sidewall of the tire. It was Presidents’ Day weekend and every store I called did not have a matching tire or was not willing/could work me in. The gentleman that helped me at Firestone not only found a matching tire, but he drove to Wichita, picked it up and brought it to Andover. due to the nature that I was working at time in WINFIELD, Kansas, which essentially is almost an hour drive, I made it to Andover almost at closing time. However, the gentleman that did all of that stayed and changed my tire.! clearly someone who cared and knew what customer service was all about! The reason I know that is I’m a pharmacist and I treat everybody that way. So when I see people who act like me you better believe I’m gonna keep coming back for that same service.!!!!!!!
