I needed a simple light replacement. It took over five hours to replace one little tail light. "Electrical guy" is out smoking a cigarette after calling us in. Nothing is still getting done. The lack of urgency from this place is pathetic.
View on GoogleAvoid this place if you can. Very disappointed with the service at Love’s Truck Repair. I waited nearly 10 hours just to get service, which is completely unacceptable. On top of that, the staff showed little respect for customers and didn’t seem to care about doing things correctly. I asked for a simple oil change sticker with the correct mileage, and couldn’t be bothered to provide it properly. Basic details were ignored. Poor customer service, poor communication, and a huge waste of time. I will not come back for sure.
View on GoogleHorrible people. At 1am called in road service, they didn't show up, then at 6am they're saying the road call was cancelled because they couldn't get a hold of the driver. No missed calls on the driver's phone. Then they said it's because they couldn't get an authorization from the company owner. Company owner didn't answer the phone and didn't respond to email in the middle of the night. Company owner showed call history and he did authorize it and has email proof as well authorized 1200 tire change, so loves didn't feel like going out in the middle of the night canceled the road call then started making up Bullshit lies, was the reason why.
View on GoogleWorst of the worst. After waiting 4h to change fuel filter ( which will take 2 min to do it), they called me and entered the shop. And just then they told me , ohhh we don’t have the filter till tomorrow around 8-9 am.. stupid people!!!
View on GoogleNo room for my products in the shower constantly my things would fall like my phone and my razer actually broke after kept falling. Its so simple to just add a shelf and very cheap to make this a non issue. Also this is irrelevant to the rating but I've been harassed by drivers at this loves more than any other loves.
