I had a great experience purchasing my car from this dealership. The owner was very helpful, honest, and willing to work with me on the price, even though the car was initially over my budget. We were able to meet in the middle, which I truly appreciated. What stood out most was the respectful, pressure-free experience. As a woman, I appreciated that he did not pressure me and encouraged me to discuss the purchase with my husband. He answered all of our questions, provided the Carfax right away, and even filled my tank before I left.

DO NOT BUY FROM NEXTGEAR AUTO!!! After 2 months of searching, I thought I had found the perfect vehicle. I could not have been further off. I drove the SUV less than 50 miles when 2 different transmission codes appeared. I have spent over a month fighting with this car lot over a transmission issue on the Acadia I was purchasing! They had me take it to their new Kokomo service center 3 TIMES only to be told nothing was wrong, then told they fixed it, then that they ordered a part that would be delivered in 2 days only to wait 8 days with no communication. They gave me the run around, avoided calls, they tried to use scare tactics and even threatened me with a repossession because THEIR bank knew the car had issues and would not release the funds. They lied about what was wrong. Fadi then tried to back track and work with me, without involving the bank. That is when he offered to finally fix it after the loan was being retracted. He said they would put me in a loaner vehicle only if I told the bank I was happy and to release the loan funds to him. Talk about shady business practices. He finally agreed to a loaner vehicle while they "fixed" the Acadia. When I arrived to drop off my SUV to be fixed, the staff had no clue what I was talking about because there was no communication from Fadi to his staff. The loaner SUV was disgusting, dirty, broken, and smelled of old oil/grease, and body odor. This place is a joke and the way they treat people with disrespect and bullying is disgusting. Using foul language with a customer is NEVER alright. Save yourself the pain and hassle, do not buy a car from these people! (Pics are of the "loaner" they put me in)
