So far the best quality work I've received on my car (2000 Grand Marquis Mercury) They make sure that your wallet isn't being eaten alive on things that aren't as important like your window doesn't roll down or that the interior lights aren't working, to prioritizing things like the drive shaft or brakes. Their diagnosis is phenomenal. They told me absolutely everything that they could find. They tested things and they give a lot of free courtesy checks like for fluids or brakes. They also tested my AC for free to make sure the components were working properly as part of the diagnosis. I'm really happy as to how it came out. But the wait time really needs work. I don't think I should be waiting a week and a half to get word that my car is finally getting worked on. I 100% understand that it can get super busy and that there are cars before me. But maybe a little bit of a heads up as to why my car is not being worked on at the moment. Maybe by the end of the week just to reassure me that you are getting to it or that it's just going to be a minute for like parts and such. Overall besides the wait time it's a phenomenal company to get your car fixed at. I got my AC fixed, universal joints fixed for my driveshaft, rear differential, a leaking brake caliper as well as full brake replacement, multiple courtesy inspections and all added to under 1400. Highly recommend.

Also they warranty their work for 3years/36k Any other shop would give you 90 day or 6 months. This will be my only repair shop for our vehicle Had starter and wiring done on 2016 2500 Chevy We're about 3 hrs away also. But the drive is worth it. Everyone at the shop is professional and courteous

From start to finish, Dominik and the team at CB are amazing. The shuttle to work after morning drop off is great. The constant communication throughout the day through text is so appreciated.
