Had 4 new tires mounted and balanced today. The lead tech Taylor Filson did a terrific job. The staff, from Kelly who greeted me when I came in to Katie the Manager to Taylor were really easy to work with. They're very friendly, personable but still professional. I'm very happy with the service they provided. I highly recommend them.

Five stars is not enough. Just days before Christmas, I was completely stranded with a major mechanical failure on my truck. No heat, no easy options, and facing a situation that had me in complete fear and despair. Kati, Kelly, Anthony, and Taylor would not let me fail. From the moment I walked in, they treated me with compassion, professionalism, and genuine care. They went above and beyond to help me get back on the road when I truly had no margin left. What could have been a devastating situation turned into one of the most positive service experiences I have ever had. They didn’t treat me like just another truck number. They treated me like a human being who needed help. Because of them, I was able to keep moving and make it home for Christmas. I will never forget what this team did for me. I had a very late afternoon low tire pressure gauge light up my dashboard and these good people checked it out quickly, took care of the problem, and got me right back on the road. Very friendly and professional! This is what outstanding service looks like!

The people were nice here but we had old dry rotted tires replaced on a horse trailer bought locally before traveling 600 miles. They did not replace dry rotted valve stems. I didnt ask for this but I dont know anything about tires and wouldnt have known to ask for it. I just asked for dry rotted tires to be replaced. Due to this, two of the 4 tires went flat on the drive home right after having these installed. In addition we lost two of the hubcaps due to misinstallation. I feel that this could have all been avoided with a little care and attention to detail. It was a huge inconvenience and safety issue for me.

Great service. Everyone was super nice, helpful, went above and beyond. 10 out of 10 would go again to this place. Went for my abs light and they took care of that so quickly.
