Best-One of Plymouth

First of all, I will say everyone I have spoken to has been polite. I brought my car in last week for an oil change and a knocking noise. They were upfront and said they didn’t have the capacity to do an in-depth check on the knocking noise, but would do a quick look while they were changing the oil and rotating my tires. They did not end up rotating my tires because my tires were “too worn.” To be fair, I am aware I needed new tires and had plans to get them within the next few weeks. That being said, Best One scheduled me an appointment for the knocking noise on 10/14 and told me my car was “perfectly safe” to drive until then. I told them it was coming from the front but they were adamant it was my back suspension (reminder, they claim they not actually look at my car other than an oil change). So I (stupidly) trusted them that my car was safe to drive. I was barely 5 miles down the road driving on 31N and my tire fell off my car, causing me to almost get in an accident and scrape the bottom of my car on the road. The cop that responded said only one lug nut was actually attached to my car and this could have been avoided had Best One took the time to rotate my tires even though they were worn. I would not ever trust this place again because they told me my car was “safe” when they had no authority to say that because they claim they didn’t have to time to actually look into the problem.

Dropped a tire off to just have a tube put in it the day before before. Went to pick it up the next day they couldn’t even find the tire for 20 minutes. Then when they found it they hadn’t got it done. Told me they would fast track it and get it done quick. Way over an hour later it finally got done. Do not go here. Very unorganized and unprofessional place of business.

Very fast service for an oil change, everyone in the office was very conversational and friendly. They were also flexible on scheduling as well. Exceptional service - Mason did a great job. Thank you, guys!

Id like to give a shout out to Michelle! I stopped on my way to work in the morning and said, “I am embarrassed…my low tire pressure light is on and I’m not comfortable putting air in”. She smiled and said many times people stop and put their own air in and then end up with a flat tire because they let all the air out of their tire! I was relieved to hear that this really does happen because that is my fear haha. They aired my tires and I was on my way to work in 10 minutes. Thanks for being awesome Michelle!!!

first let me say everyone is polite and curteous.that being said we had a complete engine replacement car was down for MONTHS. new engine put in. 10k expenses later not even running a week and engine shuts back off(new engine mind you) have it towed back they refuse additional work and claim engines issuant company said they filled their obligation, but for any further work id have to REPAY the inspection and all other fees at close to 10k for a replacement...again....i already paid 10k and the problem wasnt even fixed to begin with.flash forward to today windshield wiper arm is broken on new car. charged 150 dollars for 1 hour of maintence to...and im not kidding you put ZIPTIES over my assembly to hold it together... ill never go to another best one as long as i live.and if you want the work done right and to save money. DO NOT GO HERE.
