I called Hoosier ford because I was in the market for a new truck. They were running employee pricing, like many other dealers. The salesman I spoke to acted as if I was interrupting his me time. I told him I what I wanted and I had already spoke to ford marketing and knew it was at their discretion whether they could order me a truck and give me the employee pricing. He said “let me speak to my manager and I’ll let you know “. He got back on the line and said “it won’t qualify and we can’t order a 2026 because the 2027 ordering banks aren’t open” . I knew this is fabricated because I also spoke to ford marketing about ordering a 2026 and they said I could because the 2027 ordering banks for super duty trucks isn’t open until October. He did try to sell me the lot truck even though I told him he didn’t have what I was wanting. My review is mainly based on lack of knowledge and lack of salesmanship. If I was running a car lot in these times I would at least put some effort into gaining customers. I did find a dealer that ordered exactly what I wanted and gave me the pricing.
