You pull up n stay inside your car, while they change your tire or repair. I was there no more than 15 min. There was only one guy doing all the work. But he was on it. I went on a Sunday. It wasn't crowded. But a constant flow. I've been driving my tire now for a week, n have had no issues.
View on GoogleI was here the other night just to get air. Mind you, nothing was wrong with my tires, other than needing some air due to the cold weather. My home is less than a minute away. Parked my car in my parking space. Didn't move until I was ready to go to work the next day. Guess what happened? My tire was completely flat. My tires are fairly new. Don't know what he did, but now I'm mad as hell because I have to go to another place so that they can check out my tire. I did try to take it back so they can look at it, but I was told by the same guy that " the air is out of order" 🤔

View on GoogleIf you’re a woman just go somewhere else, even if you have to drive on your rim. John Wong will try to overcharge you. I came to get air after he took the tire off and examined it he said it needed to be patched and could be fixed. Tried to sell me a tire I declined and told him to fix it. He came back again 10 minutes later and told me he couldn’t fix it because it was a nail in the side. But I took a picture before he took it off. No nail was there. He put something in the tire. Tried to charge me 140 dollars for a tire that I just brought from him a week prior for 100 dollars. I will never return ever again. I will drive ok 4 rims before I ever come here again. Just go to 6145 calumet Rt tires for better service from respectful people.

I had a slow leak in my tire I went to them to get another tire a week later that tire they put On also had a slow leak ,went to go get air put in found out they sold me a tire for $60 with multiple plugs in it ,well over six plugs , this tire was a waste of money they are robbing women
