OMG, I enjoyed taking my car in to Elite and worth spending money. The atmosphere is so warm, shop is super clean, BEAUTIFUL plants, and very comfortable. I actually didn't want to leave! Quick and professional service, and the staff was nice. Kudos to Miquel and the staff! I just wished you were located in Houston TX. Thanks for taking care of my vehicle, and the tips on the plants.
View on GoogleI brought my vehicle in to get diagnosis and repaired for the emission test, the guy refused to look at the paper work provided by the emission people, he said that it don’t work like that, I trusted his judgment but was confused. I was told 1 problem which cost me $500.00 and engine light still remained on, was advised to let the car run for 2 days before I go back to test, I waited 3 days light remained on and failed the test again with the same problem/codes. I felt taken advantage of.

View on GoogleI got my engine replaced with them back in March and ever since then I have had problems with my car. The same week I picked my car up from them as I was driving it the whole car went up in smoke and they said “something was loose” I paid them 5k dollars for nothing and they only gave me a 6 month warranty not even a full year! I have brought my car back to them over 5 times and til this day my engine light is still on from mistakes they made. Tell me how they replaced my engine and didn’t put bolts which caused it to mess up my transmission now I have to spend thousands more to replace that. I brought them my car and they said it was my brakes how can my brakes and transmission be the same thing? Please don’t support this business they don’t care about their work at all and will get over on you. They will constantly take your money and claim they fix stuff but will not and continue to mess up more stuff just so you will keep coming back. Something needs to be done this is not right and now I’m Out of a car!
