We drove to South Bend, IN from Mississippi to visit some friends. On the way back to Mississippi, my rear driver side tire started losing air pressure. We pulled into Walmart to try and get it patched and they said they wouldn't do it. I called another tire center and they said I had to leave my car with them all day. I called TNT Automotive and they told me to bring it over and they'd get it taken care right away. They let me pull the van in the shop with me and my whole family inside. They jacked the car up, pulled the tire off, and did a proper interior patch right in front of us. They got the tire back on and checked all the other tires. The whole process took 10-22 minutes start to finish. They're pricing was honest and fair, the whole service cost $20. This was honestly one of the best customer experiences I've ever had. Take your vehicle to TNT with absolute confidence. The photos below are from when I pulled into their shop. That narrow piece of aluminum is what they pulled out of my tire.

We had an emergency tire situation nearby and they got us right in. We have the locked lugnuts on our vehicle, which meant our AAA roadside assistance was of no help ~ but Tim took care of it! Super friendly, honest service. Reasonably priced. HUGE Thank you to TnT for helping us out today!

View on GoogleI wish there was an option to give more than 5 stars! Tim and his team are courteous, professional, knowledgeable, timely and reasonable. A few months ago I called with a tire issue and they got me right in. Turns out I needed new tires. Tim got me a great deal on 4 new ones (I price checked costs at other locations and he was a few hundred dollars lower)! He made me aware of sway bar and bushing issue my husband was already aware of and told me to call when I wanted him to look at it. Once he got in there he realized how bad it was; front struts completely gone in addition to the other stuff. He replaced everything as well as balanced tires, changed the oil, replaced tire sensors for a phenomenal rate and had it done when he said he would. They stand behind their work and do it with pride and respect. I will refer everyone I know to TNT and have no reason to go anywhere else for any of our family's automotive repair or tire needs. Thanks Tim!
