Auto Tire is the only place we take our vehicles. They have taken great care of us for many years. I hate car issues but from the minute you walk through the door, they go out of their way to help. From the sweet girl at the front desk, the technicians, Brent and Nick. I honestly can’t say enough about them all. Thank you so much for always helping me.
View on Google5-stars EVERY time, wow! Love this place. Been taking both of our cars here for about a year or so, after trying numerous other "auto" centers around Greenwood. Hands down, Auto Tire has been the best service, most convenient, and all-around best decision we've made for car service. Love their app, love their communication, etc. Special shout out to Samantha for being probably the best front office manager I've ever met (friendly and professional), and Nick...explains everything (in plan language), and is always available for discussing options. Keep up the great work guys! UPDATE: I came to leave a 5-STAR review, and forgot I already gave them one! Time and time again, these guys surprise me and have me leaving saying "WOW!" I'll never take my car anywhere else.

View on GoogleHere is a review that I love to share. A week ago, I posted a review about my service experience and it was less than complimentary. The manager (Nick) of this location contacted me right away and wanted to discuss what went wrong. No excuses were given. He asked if I would be willing to bring the car back to have them figure out what may have been missed. He went above and beyond what I would have expected to clear this up. In hind sight I should have sat down with him in initially to give them a chance to make this right. I came to appreciate that Nick is a very reasonable man and is willing to listen. In todays business world that is no longer common which is very sad. Auto Tire will be getting my business from this point forward.
View on GoogleI've been using AutoTire for both our personal and fleet vehicles - Honda, Dodge, GMC, Ford - Service has been great for big jobs like new power steering rack, clutch, timing belt or smaller jobs like brakes, batteries, or tire patches. They always answer the phone, get you taken care of, and you can expect the work to be right with a 2-year warranty. Unheard of! Highly recommend - Thanks Nick & team.
