This place sucks,, payed way to much and got screwed!!!!! Trusted them and got screwed!!!! Over tighten bolts !! Loose bolts!!! Too much time to get it done ,and had an appointment with much anticipation for the repair !!!!! No follow up even after a call to help!!!!!!!! Do not trust them!!! 4000 dollars for an engine RNI AND GOT SCREWED!!!!! ASKED FOR EXTRA WORK AND NEVER GOT DONE!!!
View on GoogleI want to thank Jimmy and the rest of the family for taking such good care of my RV. Anybody who’s ever gone looking for service knows how hard it is to even find a shop to do the work and when you do, they tell you that your work will take weeks, maybe months to get done. And everything is overpriced. Not the case with the team at Smitty’s. I brought the RV down for him to estimate the repair and he squeezed me in the next day. He and his son worked after everyone had left to get my job done and when they finished, I was honestly shocked, in a good way, by the price. If you need reliable work done by honest people, look no further than Smitty’s!
View on GoogleTook my keystone trailer there for a repair estimate. Now Jim is telling me there is $550 charge for estimate and he will not release my trailer. Also telling me he is charging storage fees which we had an agreement for no storage charges. This is how this guy does business. He is telling me to take him to court. I'm contacting the Better Business Bureau and a lawyer. He threatened to fight me. What a piece of trash!
View on GoogleFive stars doesn’t do my experience with Smitty’s justice. This place is run by some of the nicest and most helpful people in the world. The transmission on our tow vehicle went out as we were traveling across the country in our camper. We were luckily referred to Smitty’s by our tow truck driver when we had initially planned to go to a shop that was closer to where we broke down. Not only were they able to get to my truck sooner than other shops, but they also saved us several thousand dollars. The repair didn’t go quite as smoothly as they hoped through no fault of their own, and they worked tirelessly to make sure it drove like it was brand new. Not only that, but they treated us like we were their own while we were in town. I can’t thank Jim and the rest of them enough; they played a crucial role in getting us through an awful situation, and making sure we got home safe.
