I was so glad I went here for my car repairs!!! I got Scott’s number from a friend who recommended him, I went in to get my brakes and pads and rotors done since i was quoted so much elsewhere!!! He quoted me $500 cheaper than most places around and was done with everything in 24 hours! what a fantastic job!!! definitely will be coming back

TLDR My final text to Scott just simply addressing the fact he overcharged me for parts by hundreds of dollars, not including his lack of respect for my time and his poor communication. Please avoid and save yourself the stress, especially if you're a woman: Hey so I came across some troubling information. I should have looked the price of these parts up myself but I trusted you were being an honest person. I've since learned that I was charged significantly more than what these parts cost at O'Reilly Auto Parts. The PTQ C5495 is listed on their website for $99.00, but I was charged $262.60. The ULT R613369 is listed for $229.00, and when I called O'Reilly I was quoted $208.00, but I was charged $273.38. I was also told that when an old starter is returned, there is a $40 core refund because it is sent back to be refurbished. Additionally, the night my car was picked up, you told me your parts were more expensive because of a "lifetime warranty", which sounded off. So after speaking with O'Reilly, I learned that the lifetime warranty is already included in the purchase price of these parts and does not require any additional payment, certainly not an additional $163 for that one PTQ part. So this must be your personal warranty that was not disclosed at all at any point in the process and was not a charge I would have authorized had I known this was something you were tacking on. That said, you did replace the starter and the motor mounts based on your diagnosis, and I agreed to move forward with those repairs. Even though the car is still not working because the actual problem appears to be an electrical issue, I am not looking to dispute or seek reimbursement for the work that has already been completed. However, I will not be paying the $219 on the 15th as we originally discussed. I already paid you $735.25. The difference between the prices listed by O'Reilly and what I was charged by you totals to $216.79, and that does not even include the $40 core refund. Based on those differences, I consider the balance satisfied. Obviously this is so frustrating but I’m not surprised this happened, I wish I knew more about cars. It’s also crazy how manipulative this process has been, considering much of your narrative is how you look out for women because you know how mechanics are. Im the real fool here anyway so let’s just leave the matter here

My husband and I were traveling to Kentucky when our vehicle broke down. Scott came to our rescue and had us back up and running in no time. He was professional, prompt, and incredibly helpful during a stressful situation. We truly appreciate his help and highly recommend him!

I was stranded in the middle of an intersection yesterday waiting on a tow truck. Car wouldn't start and was blocking the road during rush hour traffic. Scott just so happened to be driving by and pulled over to help. He jumped my battery and tested it, and was able to use his service lights to get me safely out of the road. He told me my alternator was bad and that he could fix it for what I thought was a very fair price. Sure enough he left to go do his first job and then came right back to where I was to take out the bad alternator. Got it done quick and was a very friendly guy who seemed to know what he was doing. If youre looking for great service and great prices, call Scott!

Poor communication, Very Unprofessional, Poor time management. Wants to fix things that are not required to solve said problem. Also attempts to charge fees that are not discussed before something is looked at but after you decline prices and extra work you are not needing to get the vehicle to where it needs to be to run. Doesn’t want to meet or give address. Let’s leave the vehicle in a bad neighborhood where it can get towed that doesn’t have a garage or shop. Just leave it unlocked and hide the key somewhere. Attempts to gain trust and swindle the Con Man manipulation routine. -1 stars would definitely be appropriate if possible!
