View on GoogleI have to say that the employees at Milex are very kind and demonstrate great customer engagement. For that I am leaving 5 stars, because I don't feel a negative rating is necessary. That being said, I was disappointed with my service on my Subaru Forester. I was quoted up to 1.5 hours for a front end alignment. They took over 4 hours!! This was never acknowledged or mentioned when I was finally informed the car was ready. That kinda messed up my day. Oh well. I mentioned the car had a rattle noise that I suspected might be related to the new subframe or suspension components, and a faint wobble over 70mph. I asked them to double check the newly installed control arm top bushing nuts (very large, 22mm or so) since I did not torque them. I was assured they would do a thorough shake down up front and check it out. When they completed the final test drive I was informed the rattle was still there, and it's probably related to a missing subframe bushing or something. When I got home I rolled it onto my ramps to check it out. The control arm upper bushing 22mm nuts that I asked to get checked were so loose I could spin them by hand! Tightened them to 140 ft.lb. spec, rattle completely gone. Yikes! I thought they checked it! On a good note, they did figure out that my front tires were out of balance. That solved the wobble at 70mph issue. Good job guys. Also I believe their pricing is fair, so I will give them that. I don't think I will be back due to this initial experience, but I do appreciate their kind demeanor over the phone and in person!
