Went here because someone recommended them. Had a great experience. They were able to fit us in to look at the car. Seemed like an easy enough fix because they were able to fit us in that day. The man we talked to was kind, helpful, and was patient with me as I asked probably ridiculous questions. Also, the location was helpful because we could drop our car off and walk to get coffee, pizza, ice cream, go to the park, and there was a library close by.

These guys have gone the extra mile to take care of the car my mother bought me (09 Dodge journey). They have reasonable prices very professional and straight to the point. I am very thankful for these guys and the professionalism

I was on my way to Kenny's when the trans let loose. Called guy was super nice. Gave me a quote over the phone while the wrecker was on the way. They called me later in the day to tell me what I already knew. Then in the same call they said you had a busted motor mount. I was A. Shocked , and what ticked me off was it literally was at a Chevy dealer two days prior and no mention .! Fast forward Kenny's rebuilt the transmission and replace the engine mount.i think if they saw anything else bad they would have called. Its shifting like new and now the engine at idle is butter smooth I'm so glad I had them do the mount! They gave me a time frame for the turn around to preform all the work which was pretty accurate.I have no gripes I really enjoyed talking to Ryan while I was hanging out . And kudos to him. I over heard a call he was on . And all I can say is the man knows his stuff and to the caller he responded with facts honestly and no BS. While yet being composed and listening. You could tell it was just a straight up honest answer and assessment of that callers issue. I knew right there I was at the right shop . He answered all my questions with out hesitation..So far so good guys great job!

I’m a mechanic who works on aircraft, so I understand exactly how internal combustion engines and transmissions should work together. These guys repaired the transmission on my 2001 4Runner, and I can honestly say it’s the best rebuilt transmission I’ve ever seen—on a 25‑year‑old vehicle, no less. The smoothness is remarkable. I expected to notice some difference after a full teardown, but everything feels factory‑perfect. The person who recommended them told me they had the experience, and they were absolutely right. If you’re dealing with transmission issues, go see these guys.

1-Star Review – Avoid at All Costs I just got off the phone with Kenny’s Transmission, and it was hands down the most disrespectful customer service experience I’ve ever had. The manager was rude, dismissive, and spoke with zero professionalism from the start. As a customer, whether you’re knowledgeable or just asking questions, you deserve basic respect—something this place clearly does not value. Instead of helping, they talk down to you and make you feel like your business doesn’t matter, all while expecting you to hand over your money. There are countless other transmission shops out there that will treat you with professionalism and actually appreciate your business. Save yourself the frustration, time, and money—do NOT go here.
