Taken my car there twice and guy seems like a good mechanic but no communication whatsoever and takes forever to even work on car. Dropped off car Monday night via key drop off and asked car to be ready by Thursday or Friday, for having 4 tires put on and an alignment done. Never heard from them and went in Friday morning, promised it’d be done later that day and I’d receive a call. Heard nothing…. If he’s busy I guess that’s a good thing but any sort of communication would of been appreciated and be upfront with me on nothing being able to work on my car until another date instead wasted time on my car sitting there for a week. Definitely will be looking elsewhere for a shop.

Bob, Chris and the staff are all fantastic! They are transparent with vehicle issues, trouble shoot til they discover the problem (but that never takes long), answer your questions, easy to communicate with, professional and friendly. Another shop did a bad repair so I took it to Bob to get to the bottom of it and not only did he figure it out, the other shop paid for the entire repair - no questions asked- when I said Bob at Indy Auto Team figured out the issue. I couldn't be happier with the care the provides to my vehicles!

I’ve been here numerous times. They’re reasonably priced and do great work. Even told me once that I didn’t need to pay for something that I thought needed to be done. My entire family now brings their vehicles here. I definitely recommend coming here! Dealership told me $240 for a tire pressure censor Monitor TPCM replacement and Indy Auto Team charged me $89 in and out in an hour.

My Mini Cooper was dropped off for service on 5/12/2024 and has yet to be returned or completely repaired with any and every excuse you can imagine. At one point I made a surprise visit on 8/2/24 to check in on the progress and to no surprise it was parked in their lot with no repairs being done on it as Bob has been saying every time we spoke. I purchased this Cooper in March 2024 and Indy Auto Team has literally had it in their possession longer than I’ve owned it. For 9 months as of writing this. Absolutely do not use this business.
