The owner of this meineke is more worried about his profit than the well doing of his customers. My wife works is a health care worker and needed the vehicle immediately after the repair, even after he stated we could have made alternate dates to return for re-repair that was not possible. Beware of this location and poor workmanship. The owner is more worried about his own wellbeing being than that of his customers. I only wished he would have partially compensated me for mine and my wife's time. Franklin is trying to grow and beautify indiana, businesses like this one do not belong here. It saddens me that they are part of our community. This is a very unprofessional owner and business.

We were in the area for a horse show and ended up with a bum tire on a weekend. They were so thorough to make sure that the tire was road safe with a 2-hr drive ahead, and I cannot be more thankful for their time and professionalism. Truly a pleasure from door to door.

My car broke down on the interstate last Saturday. I was unfamiliar with this area between (Edinburgh and Columbus). I called and a nice gentlemen answered and said he was more than happy to help me. He helped me identify a local towing company to ensure my car got to the shop safely. Monday morning the team called and had my car ready to go by early afternoon. I appreciate the flexibility of getting my car in so quickly and helping me get back on the road. From the service tech to the secretary, a overall positive experience for me in a stressful situation. If I am ever in need around this area again, you will be the first I call!
