My car broke down while I was on a road trip, and I happened to be in the right place at the right time. These guys got my car back up and running QUICKLY, at a great price, and they’re very knowledgeable! Highly highly highly recommend. If you guys have Venmo or cashapp let me know, I’d love to buy you a beer or something! I made it back to Wisconsin and my car is running great. Thank you again!!!
View on GoogleMan I really hate to do this. I looked back and I’ve been using FA for 3 years and I have left a positive review before. Probably 8-10 oil changes. 2 big jobs done. Hence for the history I’m going to give 2 stars. Here is the change of mind… At an oil change with FA I was told/ shown I had an oil leak. A couple months of budgeting I brought it back with no problems. But I knew the leak was there and I had budgeted so I wanted it fixed before it got worse. I got it back it smelled like an ash tray. 2 days after pick up (16- 20 miles) it started flashing all sorts of wild codes. Took it in. Was told none was transmission, cleared the codes. I left with my kids. About 16-20 miles later it starts, then it stops, then it starts again. I call schedule to get it back in. While idling it goes crazy every code, over heats, ac goes out. So I limp it with my kids in it and (shoutout to needham principal) following me. I’m told that it’s most likely electrical after only looking at the codes (reminder this is less than a week of have both valve cover gaskets replaced… and no problems before). They clear the codes I drive it to Honda. Honda tells me the radiator fans did get connected correctly. They can tell of the new work. That the fans are shot. And that the AC fan shot doing the extra work. So now with no problems before I am $1,200.00 into it. This cost includes the work done by FA. Vehicle 2018 Honda Odyssey
