Not sure if I ever left a review, but I’ve been coming to Ken and his crew for 17 years and never been disappointed once. They’ve always been respectful and done great work on all my cars. Recently I had a situation with my daughter’s car on Saturday. Told her to park the car, I’ll call C&K and get it towed Monday. Monday came, Jr returned my call that morning and told me he could get it looked at that same day. Ok, but who knew they could fix it that same day too! It was only an alternator, but I mean the level of customer service was unbelievable. I can’t say enough of how professional, knowledgeable, trustworthy, and respectful this shop is. I wouldn’t look anywhere else if you’re looking for a shop, been 17 years and counting for me.

Ken is a great guy! He takes pride in what he does, and enjoys his work. He took the time to make sure I understood everything before he started on my car, and let me know which issues needed immediate attention vs what could wait if needed. The price was so much lower than I had expected. I won't be going to any other mechanic after today! Customer for life!
