They had great service until they fried my electrical system in my vehicle and refused to stand by their work. The mechanic promised to get it fixed and figured out. The next day Mike spent time trying to fix there mistakes with no success then told me it was my fault when this vehicle has had no issues for 5 plus years, Things happen and I understand that but not standing by your mistakes is unacceptable

Mike the owner had his mechanic Nick look over my vehicle . Mike went over what maintenance was a priority like my brakes and transmission service and what other maintenance that can wait and they would check on my next visit for an oil change. Would highly recommend Mikes Automotive Service in Wonder Lake.

When it rains it pours. I had two vehicles go wonky on me at once! Two! Mike helped me and my son out by swapping out what vehicle he was working on and getting it done fast. He was very helpful and explained everything. I also found out he’s not just a business in wonder lake. He’s lived here for years. And that’s nice to hear. I love when businesses are not just in the community but from the community. He helped me with prices and made sure I saw everything he did. E even helped my son find cheaper parts for his vehicle. He did what he could without overcharging and for that I’m grateful. I know I have some other things that need to be fixed on my vehicle and I know I’ll be going to Mikes for it.

Outstanding service from Mike and his crew. They accommodated my needs, offered friendly service with clear cut communication regarding my brake service, and provided upfront pricing.
