Josh personally built my car and I continue to bring my car from elgin for all maintenance and upgrades because these guys are the only shop I trust to handle my build. The work speaks for itself. This shop was extremely helpful and walked me through the process of fixing my Acadia. I was on a road trip and my timing chain went out. These guys called me and kept me updated on the process and what they were finding when I finally got the Acadia back to them. They do meticulous work and are always available to answer phone calls. (Even if you leave a message they call you back.) Being stranded on the side of the road with our newest vehicle was the most recent hassle. I was driving my daughter down to college. They were able to talk me through what I should do to get us to our destination. I'm thankful to have a reliable and dependable auto shop in my area.

Josh and his team are very experienced, and were quick to fix a troublesome exhaust leak for a family member of mine. Josh gave me a time of when to have the car dropped off and he was able to have it done and on the road that afternoon.
