Always receive courteous professional service. Staff keeps you informed on service progress. Have been using Scott's for quite a few years. If there is a service issue, it's taken care of promptly. And yes, much cheaper than the dealer.
View on GoogleThe technicians here are definitely capable and knowledgeable, so the quality of work itself isn’t the issue. My concern is that I often feel like I’m being recommended repairs that aren’t immediately necessary, which makes the overall experience less trustworthy. The latest time this happened I was told I needed front and rear brakes + rotors, 2nd and 3rd opinion said I had plenty left and to wait. Prices also tend to run on the higher end. At that point, you might be better off going to the dealership, where the cost is similar but the service is more specialized to your specific vehicle.

View on GoogleI had to get a quick oil change for my wife’s car so I took it to Belle tire. As soon as it was done the manager came out and said the car needed new tires I didn’t like being pressured and said no. Came home and went through the service notes Scott’s provided on our cars and it showed Scott installed my wife’s tires and they only had 13,000 miles on it. Took it in to Scott’s and they told me the tires had plenty of tread. No pressure at Scott’s just a lot of trust.
