I was able to preview a quote, which was accurate. Based upon my own experience in business administration in the repair industry during the last 5 years of my career, pricing was realistic and seemed quite fair. I went in for an oil change, but based on a legitimate inspection/diagnostic, I added a new battery and a Front/Rear brake job to be done in a separate appointment (I already knew I was close before I went in). These could have been postponed somewhat, but I opted to get that work done, instead of waiting for the ragged edge of serviceability, which probably would have occurred within the next 5000 miles. They keep to their schedule, and accurately estimate the duration a service with take. They used a reputable quality battery and replacement parts, and the repair work proved to be quite good. I sense honesty in how management transacts. I’m male, but I’ve also watched how they transact respectfully and honesty with female customers at the counter. I have no regrets, and I do intend to continue to use Hi-Tech again for my service needs in the future.

Initially, my appointment was at 0830 am. I had a new appointment with my doctor that same day at 0900 am. I came to the shop approximately at 0735 am to request if I could have my car service done at this time due to conflicting appointment issues. The guy in charge of the shop took me right away and had my car done in time for me to run to the next appointment. I really appreciate the gesture of accommodating the service to be done at a earlier time. Thank you.

Had a appointment and they brought the car right in and finished it quickly. They did a free inspection of car and told me everything that I need now and near future.

Very professional n friendly. I felt confident with the info regarding my cars maintenance history n needs. I didn’t feel like I was getting hustled. I will definitely continue to have my car serviced by them.
