They helped us out in a jam while on a road trip through the area. We called and they fit us in right away even though they were busy and got us back on the road quickly. The guys were super friendly and helpful. We are thankful and highly recommend their services!

While traveling I got a flat tire near West Frankfort, IL, and found that Bulk Tire was the closest tire shop. I pulled in, and in no time, Bryan and one of his employees got to the root of the issue, charged a very reasonable fee, and got me back on the road. I want to recommend Bulk Tire wholeheartedly- they could not have been more friendly, professional, or servant-minded, and I enjoyed meetng and talking with them for the few minutes I was there. Highly recommended.

I don't see you getting better service anywhere. I only need two front tires replaced with the tires I had bought elsewhere. Without hesitation , all staff and manager stated they had to make sure the tires were road ready and a size that fit my van. No appointment needed, wait time was about 15 minutes, and 15 minutes later the guys in the garage had my van road ready and safe to go. Best place I've ever had tires changed and balanced.

My car was not worked on recently; it was around 2023. I didn’t think to leave a review about this then, but my new mechanic suggested I warn others of my experience, so there’s my reasoning for length. A review never crossed my mind, until hearing other mechanics reactions in response to things Bulk Tire told me directly. I drive a Volkswagen, and a lot of mechanics in town are leery to work on European cars, I get it. They require special tools and stupidly expensive parts. Bulk was one of the only places that was willing to work on. They did explain to me they had to order my part from the Volkswagen dealership, whatever. They had my car for right around 2 weeks, refused to call me with updates. They quoted me around $1000 (I’m a little hazy on the number but I know I’m not very far off and if anything, I am under the actual amount they charged me) for the strut through VW. It’s now been brought to my attention that my CURRENT mechanic was able to find that part for $200. My bill was a total of $2100 for 2 new tires, an alignment, brakes, & struts. Now, here’s where the fun begins. As soon as I pulled out of their shop, I IMMEDIATELY called them. I was hearing a noise that I described like a rubber band popping. When I called, the employee that answered says and I quote “Those are just the springs settling in on the struts.” 5 days later, my tie rod came UNDONE while I went around a curb. No cotter pin in sight and I took pictures and looked around that scene heavily with 4 friends. I called Bulk, since they were the ones just in my car, they came out to tow me, no apology, no anything. (And yes, I sure do have a recording and plenty of photos of all of this if you want to get in the comments on me, I was smart enough to keep proof at the very least). They repaired for no cost, great. Little explanation was given. He did offer that “some times, the nut malfunctions” Definitely no remorse over a situation that could’ve potentially hurt me. Anywho, my car has practically sat all this time while I worked off the debt I incurred by getting it “repaired” at Bulk, knowing it still wasn’t operating right, as the noise was and is still occurring. It’s finally in to a reputable mechanic, who’s knowledgeable on foreign cars, who’s telling me the strut was never put in correctly. Go figure!! I’ve been told by 3 different mechanics now that “springs don’t settle and nuts don’t malfunction. Sorry that happened to ya.” From my experience, if you’re a woman, don’t go here. They’ll take full and total advantage of you. Might even total your car in the process. And I have plenty more pictures, screenshots, AND recordings if you want to get in the comments calling me a liar.
