Action's Auto Shop

After having some problems with my brakes recently and having the pads and rotors changed just 2 weeks ago, with no improvement, I knew there was something more wrong with it. I contacted this shop late on Wednesday night. I was immediately contacted back first thing the next morning by the mechanic and had my car in there by a little after noon and completely fixed within just a couple hours. I was charged a more than fair price which is very refreshing being a woman who is used to being taken advantage of….just for being a woman. He had all the parts delivered shortly after checking my car out to confirm what needed done. He then installed new EVERYTHING…..calipers, brake pads (again, unfortunately, due to wear already on the 2 week old pads I just had put on), and new lines/hoses on the brakes. He, then thoroughly checked everything out to make sure there were no other safety issues needing attention. He was very respectful and explained everything he did to my car in detail and in a way I, someone who knows nothing about cars, could fully understand. I could not be happier with the service I received and the professionalism I experienced. My car drives like brand new. If I could give more than 5 stars I definitely would!!! I will never take my car anywhere else again for anything, ever! I would and will recommend this shop to anyone and everyone I come into contact with who needs a mechanic or might need one in the future. Fantastic experience! Did my oil change quickly and efficiently (even with needing to order a filter same day, which was delivered to him within 15 minutes), had great customer service and seems like a genuine and honest mechanic. I’ll be going to Jimmy for all my car needs from here on out, especially since he has a reward card! Every 10 oil changes, you get your next one free!

The shop took my vehicle in on short notice. My parts were ordered, they were installed properly, and the owner is a really nice guy who is very affordable and reasonably priced on his labor cost! I had struts, wheel bearings, cv axles and other parts installed. For the labor I was charged by him he did great work. I had another shop quote me on just ball joints and cv axles and they were charging way more in labor than actions auto shop. Thanks again I will definitely do business with him again.

I called everywhere within a 20 minute radius of where I live. Somehow, Jimmy was at the bottom of my search.. when he should’ve been one of the top. He was the only one who had availability, and squeezed me in same day. He was thorough in his work, showed me what was wrong with the old parts, and the difference was astonishing.
