Have had good experiences here but after spending 3k In total invoice on my last experience and $800 on a fix that didn’t even last 24 hours is not cool. Guys Quoted 3.5k on a part that another Isuzu dealer quoted 1.7k for it.. seems a bit dishonest. They didn’t even offered some type of discount or fix for the part that didn’t last 24 hours. Just my experience as money is hard to be earned and can’t really justify $800 on a fix that didn’t even work.

I took my truck here to replace the injectors for $4800. The service guy stated only 3 of the 4 were bad but advised me to replace them all. I decided to go with the 3 replacements and said I'll come back for the last one. When I got the truck back it ran crappie. Called to let them know it was running bad. They stated- oh the 4th injector went out. Which is very questionable. When did this go out, while you wworking on the 3 injectors, or what? So, I took it somewhere else only to find out that some sort of a plug from the engine was missing. Leaving a big hole in the top of the engine. And the repair guy says the injectors didn't look like a tool has ever touched them. So we replaced a $150 part on top of the engine and it ran like new. This place is super sus! I would never recommend anyone to this shop ever! I had to rate them one star just to leave the review.
