The "free lifetime flat tire repair" offer is just a marketing gimmick. Every time something happens, this particular case is deemed "unrepairable," and they immediately offer you new tires. I've had this experience several times with different cars and in various locations. I should add that the tire was easily repaired at another shop. I will never buy tires from them again.

When my usual mechanic went out of business, I was worried I wouldn’t find a place that would really get to know my car and offer a no nonsense approach to my repair and maintenance needs. Then I found Belle Tire. They offer much more than simply tire sales such as: diagnostics, oil changes, brakes and struts, alignment. All at a fair price. Joe, my sales associate at the West Chicago location, was able to come up with a plan and price that fit my budget all without compromising quality and safety. Jason and Christopher thoroughly inspected and diagnosed all the issues and executed the repairs expertly and with care. Thank you. I will be back to do the recommended maintenance and repairs in the months to come and I’ll be sure to tell my family and friends all about my positive experience.

I stopped by Belle Tire in West Chicago right at 8:00 AM when they opened, and they got me in immediately. I was back at work by 9:00 AM! Quick and friendly service — and the best part, they repaired the tire for free! Thank you, Belle Tire! Highly recommend!
View on GoogleJoe the manager and the mechanic Jay were absolutley amazing. Both deserve high praise as Jay was the only mechanic on a tough day but manage to completley take care of my needs . I am just over the moon for them and their prices and they have a customer for life now. I will bring all my cars and tell others to as well.
View on GoogleHad a 1pm appointment and arrived on time. The rep knew I was a waiter and that my time was limited. I only needed one tire fixed. By 1:30, the car still hadn’t moved, and it wasn’t pulled into the bay until 2pm. I understand that shops get busy, especially during sales or when short-staffed, but if that’s the case, be upfront about wait times. Don’t take appointments you can’t honor. I work in this industry, so I know how things go — but setting false expectations isn’t acceptable. Repair itself took 18min though. I honestly regret not handling it myself. Shops are supposed to offer convenience, but this experience was anything but.
