I had brought by a Ford F450 for a small exhaust repair that needed to be done due to a crack that developed and caused the pipe to separate. As I was speaking to who I believe to be the owner of the facility he had originally declined the repair due to the size of the vehicle which was totally and completely understandable. However, after further explaining to him where the repair needed to be made, which was in an easily accessible place directly underneath the cab, he had proceeded to follow me out to the vehicle to assess it. After looking at the exhaust pipe that needed to be repaired he had told me that the pipe was too far gone and needed to be replaced from the flange (red arrow) to where the repair needed to be made and that he would do it for $220, to which I agreed with no questions asked. When I was called to be notified that the vehicle was done I was then informed that their card machine was down and that I would have to bring cash as payment, which seems to be a long standing and reoccuring issue. After picking up the vehicle I had looked at the work that was done and was dissatisfied with what they had done as it wasn't completed the way it was explained to me and the work that was done, was done poorly. When I called to speak to the owner to express my dissatisfaction I was met with nothing but a lack of accountability and poor excuses like "the guy was working on the ground man". Needless to say, I will not be returning any time soon for any further repairs but genuinely hope that their business, their ability to handle customer interactions, and overall operation continue to prosper from then on.

This is my 4th or 5th time going there an it’s always been nothing but easy, fast and affordable. They’re always super nice every time I go in. Highly recommend if you want no BS or if you don’t want to worry about people trying to constantly upsell you and push you to do more than you’re ready for. They’re absolutely wonderful.

Amazing tire in mechanic shop. I called around a bunch of different places he was able to do the cheapest and he was able to do it right away while I waited yeah he helped me out with a lot of things advice I needed. I forgot my water bottle inside. He ran outside and brought it to me he even got me a lock key for my lug nuts cause I needed it and I didn’t even know this way I could put on a spare tire if I needed one of the most honest Car shops I’ve been to absolutely will be back in referring lots of people to him

Great experience at this tire shop. The staff was professional, honest, and got me taken care of quickly. Prices were fair, and they explained everything clearly without trying to upsell. The work was done fast, and my car drives smooth now. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending them to others.

When you have any work done, make sure everything is clearly listed on the invoice. Three weeks ago, I had the sensor replaced on the front driver's side tire because the dashboard was showing a problem. A week later, I had the one on the rear driver's side replaced because the same thing happened. Another week later, the dashboard light came on again, and the front driver's side sensor was showing a problem on the car's display. When I went back to have it fixed, they told me it wasn't the one they had replaced, but the one on the other side. Therefore, they wanted me to pay for a new sensor, even though I'm certain both were on the driver's side. Insist that they include detailed information on the invoice so you don't end up in this situation. I've always received excellent service at this place, but I'm not going to pay for a new sensor when I know for a fact that the faulty one was installed by them. The guy who works on the sensors was a bit arrogant. I don't know if this is common practice for them, but be careful.
