This shop has exceptional customer service and I highly recommend them for tire, wheel, alignment and other issues. They provided great advice and service with a cracked wheel and helped me with picking a correct and economical replacement. I appreciate the extra effort in handling my particular case. These are my tire/wheel guys.

View on GoogleEverything went smoothly; from making the appointment, dropping off and picking it up was seamless. My car was ready for pick up when promised. I thought I had more issues with the car than what was found-they did a great job and didn’t try to upsell and take advantage of my unfounded concerns. I highly recommend taking your vehicle here for service, everyone I dealt with was knowledgeable, honest and helpful. Price for the vehicle service was reasonable. I’ll be going back next time my car needs service.
View on GoogleThe staff there is amazing! We were stuck with a blown tire and barely a spare. We looked around on google, just happened to be near Krages. Gave them a call, very friendly and asked questions to understand the situation. When we got there, the staff was active and ready to assist. I cannot stress friendly enough, this guy was checking in on us next door! Letting us know how far along they were. He could have called or sent a text, but he walked over multiple times. Let us know what the safest route was with getting the repairs. Fair and honest pricing. One of the least stressful visits to an autoshop. Thank you guys!
View on GoogleVery helpful and friendly. I had a dead battery due to an accident that crossed some wire that drained my battery. Staff here were great, rearranging schedules and I was in and fast. Very quick on the installation. Good place for many repairs. I have returned many times.
