Dwayne helped me out with a new car I purchased that was in for a little more than I was hoping. He worked a great deal with me, got the work done quickly, and having the body shop attached was a huge plus. Would definitely go back to these folks for work on my Audi.
View on GoogleEXCELLENCE, VALUE, AND TRUSTWORTHINESS: DuPage Auto Werks (DAW) provided efficient, highly competent, and good value services for my Audi. The sense of individual, caring, value, and trust-based servicing is way better than my experience at the Audi dealership. DAW found what Audi dealership cared not find (such as, air filter replacement) and should have been done. My car will go longer under the care of DAW versus the Audi dealership and probably at 60-65% of the Audi dealership pricing. Same OEM parts and scheduled servicing as the Audi dealership … just better all around at DAW. If found DAW by research and its high reviews … searching after continued sense of price gouging and ‘just being a generic to get in-and-out’ at the Audi dealership. DAW took the initiative to look into my vehicle’s CarFax to find some missed (and needed) service. DAW showed me my engine air filter that was caked shut with debris, notwithstanding quite a few more recent “Multi-Point Inspections” at the dealership.

View on GoogleTold me i needed to take out my transmission because the hardware was bad. Went to another place, and all they did was a trans fluid flush. My car was then completely back to normal. Dupage auto werks did not even check my transmission fluid. very frustrating and misleading.
