I’ve been looking for a local shop I can trust with our vehicles, and I’m happy to announce we've found it! The team at PW Auto Clinic is friendly, informative, and fair. Compared to local shops, their cost is in line, and they are not trying to pull one over on you; they provide facts and options and leave it to you to decide what work needs to be done. With these guys, there were no surprises, and their customer service has earned them a customer for life.

The overall experience was great. I enjoyed the staff and the professionalism in the shop. They drove me back to my house and picked me up when the work was completed. The work was completed in a timely manner and it works great at this point. I was disappointed that my cabin filter was not replaced but I was able to preform this on my own when I got the car home. Overall it was a great experience and I will go back for future car service, Thank you to the team. The price was higher than I would have liked but they did their best to get some cost out so the quality of service and parts was good.

PW Auto Clinic is just a block from my house and I have two friends who tried it and liked it. So I brought my car in for an oil change. When they checked the car out they found that I needed work on my radiator and rear brakes and that I would need to leave it there till the next day. They were very accommodating when I told them I needed the car to go to work the next day. They offered to take the price of the Uber off my bill because they really didn’t feel the car was safe for me to drive. As it turned out, the part came in the afternoon and they were able to get everything fixed the same day. I think the price was pretty reasonable (I checked with ChatGPT) but best of all, they seem honest and truly care. I will definitely be bringing all my future auto repairs to PW Auto Clinic.
