Brought my new car in 3 separate times for a consistent battery drain issue. The last time they had it for over a month. In the end, while they performed diagnostic work, they took no action to fix the issue. And the car smells like smoke. So they did not fix my car and returned it to me damaged. Edit: They called me claiming the review was inaccurate. When I explained that it was accurate and that I was primarily upset about them smoking in my car, they made no attempt to resolve the smell and banned me from their business.

Less than 6 years old car had engine failure. Thanks to extended warranty purchased during car purchased, the replacement was covered. The service department first asked to replace the hoses and drive belt under covered labor charge for $479. Since the car ran 60K +, I agreed to pay. Then they asked to replace transmission fluid and said changing the damaged seat belt would come as free of charge. The parts cost was $429. A free service soon became $998, I had to pay $1047 cash because the payment plan only accepts debit card. After coming home I saw that the seat belt wasn't even touched. I had to bargain the payment for issues not caused by me as the car couldn't even sustain an engine for 6years. Service guy kept saying the engine was 'free', which was even more annoying since I paid to make it covered! What a hassle and disappointment! I guess I am looking for a different service center!
