Staff was extremely friendly, knowledgably and helpful. They were able to strike a deal on my unusual trade in that most dealerships were unable to accurately appraise. Even after the sale, Sue was great with communication to satisfy the odds and ends that needed to be fulfilled. I highly recommend.
View on GoogleMy last visit was a few weeks ago for a full service oil change. They tried to up sell me on services I didn't need + services I had done on my previous visit. I had brake pads and rotors done on the front my last visit about 4 or 5 months ago, was told back brakes were fine. My truck is 6 years old. rides great was told I needed a wheel alignment and I said ok, but then was told I needed to replace sway bars for $400 +. Guess I'm going to have to stop using the Dealer for minor maintenance.

Colleen also was very helpful getting me in for the service. Work done on vehicle was excellent as always from Apple. Been a customer since 1988. Wouldn't thinknof going anywhere else to buy a vehicle, repairs or tires

View on GoogleI was so disappointed to realize that my tire rotation wasn’t performed when I had scheduled it along with my oil change. The cost was for the oil change and the tire rotation. When I called and said something, the service center representative was very rude and defensive. When I asked to speak to a manager he put me on hold forever. The person that assisted me the day of my service just repeated the recommended maintenance when he took my keys. I had already addressed those. He didnt tell me if everything was ok or if anything else was recommended.
