Took my van in for routine maintenance last week and when I got it back I noticed that the oil is still reading only 8% efficiency, the sticker for the new oil mileage wasn’t changed, and now the windshield washer fluid indicator has gone off. Plus the checklist that you’re supposed to get showing what services were completed is completely blank. I have a receipt that all these things were completed but clearly they were not. Sounds like deceptive practice to me. I’ll be calling in the morning for them to redo all the services that I paid for that they didn’t complete. Absolutely unacceptable!

I took my truck in for a front end alignment today 11/18/24. It was being serviced around 9 am. Alignment is better than it was but that isn't my main issue. When I got into my truck after the alignment, I immediately felt how filthy the steering wheel is. Maybe your techs should wear gloves when test driving? Wish I took pics of the wet wipes that I used to clean the steering wheel. My main concern is how your "tech" handled my vehicle. After making adjustments on the machines, he took my truck out for a test drive. I didn't count how many times he stopped to make adjustments on the side of the road, but it was over 10. Don't really care about that either but watch the videos to see how increasingly frustrated he grew. I worked hard to get my truck and to see some kid slamming my doors and taking turns fast enough to knock over the dash cam is unacceptable and infuriating. Oh, my camera was facing sideways due to your "tech" turning so quickly. I work on all of my vehicles and this is the exact reason why. Only brought my truck in since I don't own an alignment machine. Not really cost effective to have one at home, but I will now consider it. Also, $315 for a front end alignemnt? LOL I had recalls done on my truck at your location and this was the first "service". You better bet it'll be the last. This is just a warning for future customers. I don't care for your response.

Worst customer service and service ever I had my truck towed there for starting issue and after they received the truck I called them to check on my truck and they said that you have to make an appointment to get your car checked in. The earliest appointment was a week ahead and I asked for a loaner or rental since I bought the extended warranty from them for 6000$ and they said they will not be able to authorise the rental until they check the car On the appointment day I called 4 times to get a hold of the advisor and by the end of the day I was told that the battery is dead and the can’t start the car which is that was the issue I had to tow the car for After 3 days from the appointment day they said they tested the battery and it failed the test and that battery is 5 months old I came the second day to take the battery to the auto zone to check it since it is still under warranty and ( they can’t find my battery)!!! After 2 hours waiting for them trying to find the battery they said it got recycled by mistake I decided to tow my car as they received it to fix somewhere else and it took them 3 hours to give me keys so I can tow it again after 10 days sitting in the dealer. I took the car to my mechanic and changed the starter and all the lights on the dashboard came on (check Engine+ABS lights + trailer brakes and more ) he had to program everything because they took off my battery. Stay away from this place and never buy any warranty they offer you, they are just stealing your MONEY and your Time.

This is the worst time to buy a car but we didn't have a choice. I'm so glad we went here. They were so patient with us as we did our research and asked questions. This didn't mark up the price with thousands of dollars of dealer mark ups. My husband finally has the truck he has always wanted.
