They listened to my request and they were informing me with their progress. I've used them before and back then they always had great prices and services. I will continue to bring my projects to tinley auto.

Misplaced my keys and towed my vehicle without keys, did not inform me, told me they would contact the body shop and deliver the keys. I had to call them myself to which I was told it’s a small shop and that they don’t know when they can be delivered, and was informed that they also called the body shop asking them to pick up the keys. I am waiting on my keys for my vehicle to be fixed. I had to call again and was dealt with rudely on the phone. Tried to explain to me the situation I already knew and then was told “can you stop” when I was explaining myself. I am already dealing with stress from insurance and other things, I did not need it added by another company. to their response. I handled everything myself, and even the body shop thought you guys were wrong in this situation. I have had many experiences with my body shop and they cause me zero stress, you guys are horrible. you should use them as an example for customer service. I’m glad all you care about is addressing that you didn’t “misplace” my keys and not your horrible customer service. you didn’t call them until I had to call you guys, tried to play dumb and act like you knew nothing about this when I had called the day before. nobody appreciated a thing, everything caused was YOUR control. you guys are rude and have horrible customer service; the lady at the phone should not be there. DO NOT COME HERE!!!!!!!

They went above and beyond! Immediately assessed the engine light problem, made sure I had a rental vehicle to continue my work day, and completed the repairs same day. Great communication with every step- from diagnosis, to options, and completion. Friendly, Honest, Trustworthy and Professional. Highly recommend.

The team is always friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. They consistently follow up after service to make sure my car is running smoothly, which shows how much they care. I truly feel like they treat their customers like family. Highly recommend this shop for anyone looking for honest, reliable auto repair!

The customer service at Tinley Park auto is the absolute best. I had a severe blowout from potholes. I tried to get a tow truck and every tow truck gave me 90 minutes to 2 hour time frames. Chris at Tinley Park auto repair had a tow truck to me within 20 minutes. She was extremely nice helpful made sure everything was done right and everything was done right. I’m glad that I found this company and will use it for all of my automotive problems in the future however, I hope I have none.. Thank you Chris and Tinley park auto repair!!
