BEWARE! Not even sure where to start on the issues I’ve had with my 2023 GMC Sierra 3500. Last April, I brought my truck in for a tailgate recall among a list of things wrong with the truck. I had the tailgate disconnected due to the safety issue recall. After a lengthy half day service overview of the issue, they completed the tailgate recall; however, after getting in the cab after they had my car for 2 days, I noticed the backup camera wasn’t working. In June, I brought the truck back for another half day diagnostic and they said the harness cable ends were bad. They refused to warranty the part citing poor recall work. I said GM did the recall, how is this my problem. After going back and forth, getting upper management involved, and even calling other local dealers, they said they would warranty the part. Fast forward 2026, I get a call saying your truck has a warranty part here to bring it in to complete the service. I drop the truck in today at 7:30am, rearrange my entire day. I’m told the truck won’t be done by 11am so they give me a loaner. I get a call at 1pm saying that I have to purchase a different new harness because the harness is corroded saying I owe them $1,200. I say this is under warranty - you started this work, it’s not my fault you didn’t correctly secure the harness ends and now a different harness is broke. I refused the repair. I go back at 3:30pm today to pickup my truck and nothing is done - not even a complimentary car wash for wasting my time all day. No alignment, no tire balance, not even the low voltage battery changed in my key fob like they promised hours earlier. A complete waste of time! THIS DEALER REFUSES TO DO WARRANTY CLAIMS ON VEHICLES CLEARLY UNDER WARRANTY. Time wasted, so tired of calls from Jim with the worst news ever after dropping $60K on this truck. Avoid this place completely and find a new dealer.

2024 Cadillac Escalade ESV Service: Oil change The service provider, who was well-spoken and friendly, took additional time to explain that the estimated wait for an oil change starting at 12pm would be approximately two hours. The lobby was kept neat and tidy, with coffee mugs kept cold throughout the afternoon. Upon returning to the service shop, the cashier handed back my car key and allowed me to walk through the overhead doors to retrieve my own car from the lot, which was neatly arranged with various vehicles parked systematically. The service providers are well-dressed, and the location is excellent, featuring a small time mechanic shop environment. Deviating from the prestigious Cadilla atmosphere.

I got my gmc truck serviced here and the service was awful. When I came back to get my truck I asked where it was parked and the mechanic just stared at me for several seconds then another employee pointed outside. Didn't even offer to pull it in. I will not return to this location. Id rather go to a jiffy lube at least they dont stare at customers and not talk like creeps

3 weeks after bringing the car in to inspect a cracked captains seat cushion on a certified used vehicle that's still under factory and additional warranty coverage, yet still no response or course of action to repair the damage. They are super supportive when you purchase the vehicle, yet drag every bit of their feet when coming to making things right. Would give 0 stars if possible.
