I had great experience at this shop. I came in with an engine issue (timing chain problems), and from the very start, the team was incredibly professional, honest, and efficient. They took the time to explain everything clearly, even showing me the exact parts and issues so I could understand what was going on. What really stood out to me was their integrity — they were upfront about what needed to be done and made it clear they don’t believe in charging clients for unnecessary repairs. That kind of honesty is rare in the world of auto mechanics. I truly appreciate their approach and highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for reliable, trustworthy service.

Very bad poor experience!!!!!! I had Cadillac converter issues to where my check engine light keeps coming on. The owner Mauricio told me they don’t make Cadillac converters the same no more so the light might come back on after putting in a new one. But he said if it comes back on bring it back n we’ll order a new one. Agreed with that. And to my luck the light came back on, brang it back. And from what I was told by other mechanics it’s usually best to replace the oxygen sensors while you replace a Cadillac converter which he failed to tell me. If it cost more I would have had no problem paying the extra!!!! But he didn’t tell me or replace them. So as the engine light continues to be on, he says is my thermostat!!!!!! First of all I have no other car issues besides this converter, no other codes are popping up besides this converter!!!! So at this point he’s guessing what it could be causing the light to be on, he’s not even sure!!!!! So I told him if u guys just don’t specialize in converters that’s ok just be honest. And he’s not. So at this point we agreed to give me a full refund and I will be taking my car elsewhere!!!!! Also very argumentative!!!! Rude and unprofessional!!!

My first experience with Top Quality Auto Repair was for a muffler repair. The owner took care of my car and he was awesome. He showed me exactly what was wrong with my car and then he gave me three different options on parts and repairs. I’ve since returned for my other car needs and have recommended them to anybody I know who needs some type of work done on their car. I feel like I’m dealing with an honest business when I go there and that isn’t always easy to find anymore. I’m so pleased I found an honest mechanic who does excellent work!

Brought my vehicle in for a rusted and blown brake line. Great service and pricing, they got my vehicle done before the estimated time frame, which was great. They were straight forward and honest. Showed me in person the work they completed and some other things that didnt quite need immediate attention but that i should consider looking into in the near future. Bilingual service available. Will be my go to mechanic shop from here on out. Will be recommending them to all my family and friends.
