I’ve been a customer here for a few years and have never been disappointed with their service. I have multiple vehicles in their database which had been brought to this establishment for repair over the years. Whether it was preventive maintenance or time for new brakes this is the place I chose with no regrets. I am a repeat customer that will always recommend anyone to chose Diaz Auto Service for your maintenance needs.
View on GoogleI recently brought my 2008 Lexus ES 350 to this shop with one simple request: to have my brakes serviced. Unfortunately, the experience was incredibly disappointing from start to finish. First, the customer service was unprofessional and unwelcoming. I didn’t feel respected or valued as a paying customer. Communication was poor — I had to constantly follow up for updates, and when I did get a response, it was vague and dismissive. Worse than the poor service was the quality of the work itself. Despite assurances that the brake service was completed, the issues persisted immediately after I left the shop. It quickly became clear that the job was either done incorrectly or not done at all. I paid for work that did not resolve the problem and left feeling taken advantage of. I strongly do not recommend this location to anyone looking for honest, skilled, or customer-focused automotive service. There are plenty of better shops in the area that actually stand behind their work and treat customers with basic professionalism. Save your time, money, and peace of mind — take your vehicle elsewhere.

They really are good people .. couldnt pick my car up for 2 days I didnt have the fund and the graciously let my car stay until I could get a tow.. these people are kind polite and professional.. they dont take advantage of people thats already in a bad enough situation .. get your car done at DIAZ 👍👌🙂🙂
