Josh was the guy who installed my new windshield for me. I was extremely impressed when he called me and told me he was on his way just before 8am. Everyone expects when companies say they’ll be out to you between 8am and 12pm we all expect 12pm right? Josh was there promptly at 830am! So I didn’t have to wait around all day and was able to run my other errands. So that was already a plus in my book. He was very professional, explained things well, answered every question I had. He was very polite and efficient. The sole reason I would use Safelite again and recommend to others is based off my great experience with Josh. 10/10 recommend him and SafeLite! He made it extremely easy.

It was nice not having to take my truck somewhere to get fixed, it was fixed in my driveway ~ Great weather for being February 50 degrees and clear skies. So far, so good! Just got the car back with the windshield totally replaced and recalibrated! Really appreciate the work Walter did! The Safelite App/Site could use some updating but this location is extremely buttoned up. Reminding me of my drop-off day before. Holding my car overnight when I couldn’t make it out before close. Also a smooth operation with/through Progressive Auto, and Paying with Insurance, which is always a plus! Can’t say enough great stuff about the staff here! Even though I had to drive 30 minutes I definitely will again with how easy they made it!

Mobile appt was missed, had to bring car to shop. Glass they put in incorrectly and it broke easily weeks later. They Glued it rather than screw the window into the brackets. See the Black Glue in pics below!!

I hired Safelite to install a new windshield in my pickup truck and it all went absolutely perfectly. Technician Joshua stayed in contact the day of the appointment and told me when he was coming and was actually earlier than I expected which was fine. All in all it was a great experience.
