I had the pleasure of working with Sierra , and she was fantastic, polite, responsive, and willing to work with me on payment options. The whole process was quick and stress-free. Now, if you ask me (which, admittedly, you didn't 😂), Sierra deserves a raise this year! Excellent customer service and a great experience all around. In other words, if you want great service customer service, ask for Sierra!
View on GoogleFrom start to finish, I had a great team who attended to the needs of my vehicle, unfortinately, there was an issue with my transmission that lead to me securing a rental car. Darryl Reese was so patient with me and overall, his customer service was outstanding. To make a long story short. DeShun Jones, sales consultant, assisted me in the total application process allowing me to receive a new car. He treated me like a queen, he was very patient and understanding. I would highly recommend 94 Nissan for all of your vehicle concerns. Thank you!
View on GoogleI brought my car in for a CTV light that was on in my car that was on my car last year in July I paid $350 and this time around there’s a recall on my car and I took the car back for the same to see TV issue this time they told me it was $1555 one XY they told me that I did not have a CT issue last year that it was a transmission flush, which was not expressed to me if the light came on to say CT and that’s what I went in for once I told the rep that I was not going to pay for the CT this time around because it was $1555 to do the recall then she proceeded to tell me that the machine was down after I declined to pay the other fee. I was charging an extra $14 for shop supplies and other miscellaneous Things that should have been included in the inspection when I reached out to the manufacturer, the manufacturer called me and I have called them back ever since and no one has returned my phone calls back. This has been a terrible experience with having a Nissan vehicle even from the service rep saying no one‘s going to have a perfect car no matter what car you get so suck it up.

I found out my oil wasn't changed, which is very unfortunate. I will never visit this dealership again. This is the 2nd time I've not been satisfied with their service. This is it, no more. No recommendations.
View on GoogleTYLER is the "ONLY REASON" I return to Nissan for for Service needs on my SUV!!!!! Phone system "HAS NOT EVER BEEN CLOSE TO BEING A WAY TO COMMUNICATE"! THE VOICE MAIL IS A RIDICULOUS ALTERNATIVE TO A CUSTOMER REACHING OUT FOR ASSISTANCE.
