Excellent service. I failed the emissions test so I took my vehicle to Rowan Auto Works. He diagnosed the problem and made the necessary repairs all in the same day. The price he charged me was very affordable. He has a new customer for life.

View on GoogleLIFESAVERS!!!! I cannot express how amazing Benchmark Auto is. On Friday June 2nd I found myself broke down outside a restaurant in Edina. I had AAA come out and the person said I needed a new alternator. Due to my job I was desperate to find a place that could get me in and provide me with a loaner car. After calling 9 different places I made an appointment with a dealer. God was watching out for me because after I made that appointment I found Benchmark. When I called I spoke with Drew. He was knowledgeable, listened to me, was sympathetic to my situation and told me I could bring the car in. AAA arrived around 4pm and brought myself and my car to Benchmark where Drew was waiting with a loaner car for me. First thing this morning Drew called and said I needed a new alternator and gave me two options. I gave him the ok and 3 hours later my car was ready to be picked up. Benchmark was a lifesaver for me and I wound not hesitate one second in recommending them. The location isn’t the most convenient for me but I can proudly say that I have found my new mechanics. You guys are AMAZING!!!
