Broke down with 2 flat tires on our motorhome only 4 miles from these guys. Called, texted, called again, left messages. No return call, no return message or text, nothing. If you're gonna advertise roadside service maybe you should actually offer roadside service. We called a competitor who is literally one mile from these guys and they were at our motorhome with two 22.5 tires in 30 minutes. $1200 later we were on our way. Ma & Pa obviously have too much business to handle 30 minute $1200 tire jobs. Good for you guys!

I was searching for a gooseneck tire and contacted multiple establishments, but none had the size in stock and some were already closed. I was referred to Ma and Pa, where I spoke with Michelle, who went above and beyond to assist me in finding a tire. Unfortunately, they did not have the tire in stock either. However, Michelle found a reliable tire shop she has used multiple times and provided me with their address to obtain a tire installation the following morning. I would like to extend my gratitude to Michelle for going out of her way to help me, despite there being no payment involved.

I called Ma & Pa to help me with my personal vehicle. Michelle was very helpful and assured me a 8:45pm on time arrival last night. My tire was fixed and she followed up with me the very next morning. Michelle got me three excellent tires and fixed my bumper. Ma & Pa prices were unbelievably reasonable. After today I’m never taking my car to anyone else. For me it wasn’t just the price but you could tell they cared, and were willing to jump through hoops to help as much as possible. Hearts of gold, down to earth, and honest. Thank you Ma & Pa. I’ll definitely be back.
