Bryan' Brian Foely, which ever name he uses.. My journey started Oct 10th. I contact Brian Foley regarding replacing my muffler, a month later he did replace my muffler. I will say, within that day after replacing the muffler, that loud sound came back. Mind you, I only drive that car locally. I contacted Brian right away about fixing that annoying reoccurring sound and I asked him if he would also put shock absorbers and coil springs on my rear, he said yes. I ordered the parts, they were delivered to his shop on, Dec 1st. It was complicated getting him to communicate. Now, we are at the end of December and my muffler had not been repaired from when he actuality attached it on November 10th. On December 26, 2022, I went to Brian Foely's Auto Shop, location: 16110 Vandustrial LN. South Holland IL to pickup my items that were delivered to him for my car and took them to the Muffler Man on Sibley. I had my shock absorbers and coil springs installed by them and asked them to look at my muffler to find out what would cause a new installed muffler to sound so loud. The mechanic invited me to look underneath my car and pointed to the pipe that was put in place of a flex pipe. Brian cemented a pipe (looked rusted to me) to connect my muffler to the exhaust system instead of replacing what needed to be replace.. What did I pay him for?? That a situation where he took advantage of a woman. I also had to pay The Muffler Man to fix my muffler problem. 😔 😟 Unbelievable!! When I texted Brian about my findings, Brian's response was, " it is what it is." I sent Brian the pictures that I took underneath my car. Brian's Not a professional businessman and have poor communication skills. I shouldn’t have had to chase him for a month, for him to correct his Bogus deliberate fileup. I wasn't able to send this message unless I applied a star, my rating is an all around 0. **Customers, especially Women, Be Aware** I had to get this message out. 👎
