Stopped in to get an oil change after purchasing a discount certificate on Clipp. I was taken care of efficiently and courteously. Had a great conversation with Patrick, the manager, who walked me through all their service options without trying to upsell me. Will return!
View on GoogleAn excellent place for your car maintenance needs. Patrick the service manager is very friendly and provides outstanding customer service. I had an appointment for an oil change and after showing up, was told they were unfortunately short staffed that day and would be unable to perform my scheduled service. Patrick was extremely apologetic and rescheduled me with a free oil change! What outstanding customer service! It is such a rarity today. Will definitely be back for all of my vehicle maintenance going forward!
View on GoogleVery Expensive Place. Calling them they gave me a good estimate but after I towed my car there and requested the real quote the charge me x3 the original estimate see pictures. Were they thinking that I will keep my car in there because I couldn’t move it…. Noooo… I towed my car once again and went elsewhere 5 minutes from them. There I got the job i need in for 1/2 the price. Plus I didn’t even have to pay for diagnostics. I won’t send anyone or recommend this place to anyone. Their representatives, Randy, keep insisting to fix the car and couldn’t explain to me why it costs soooo much. They mentioned that their parts are OEM and only gave me $50 discount. I checked and the parts and they do not cost that much. Meineke reevaluate your pricing and especially for a chain company you should do better and not rip people off.

Called first thing when I woke up to see about getting my flat tire patched up from a nail I got in there this week and he got me in there right away and out in no time! Told them on my first visit they had a customer for life and they sure do! Patrick always keeps me up to date on what my ever needs but never pressures me to pay and get the work done right away but makes sure I’m aware of what needs to be done sooner than later. Will be back next week to have this damn tirerod replaced! Bring your car where! You won’t regret it!

Each visit begins with a thorough inspection by one of the technicians and a prompt text to my phone (and/or discussion w/service advisor)about the complete report/checklist of vehicle systems and critical components; a “very well spent couple of bucks”!! Patrick’s flexible scheduling allows me to choose what & when, he’s considerate of my time and budget. When repairs are performed; they have been done right; first time, each time. Will return for future oil service and repairs if needed. Thanks Patrick!!!
