Great service. Didn't beat around the bush. I needed help on a Friday and because they are closed on weekends they made arrangements for me to pick up my vehicle the next day. My vans previous owner over tightened the oil pan drain plug. Journeys mechanics were able to remove it without damaging the threading on the pan. I was given their plan before they began working, possible outcomes and several options. Thank God we didn't need to replace the oil pan. I was able to get it that same day after hours of service. Thank you!

I took my Subaru in for an inspection. I've been hearing some grounding noises every once in a while. They changed me $225 for the inspection and they told me I need to have my driveshaft replaced for $1200. I took my car in to a Subaru dealership and it was something completely different, loose heat shield. They fixed it for free. I wouldn't recommend it.

These guys are amazing! My SUV was making horrible noises. I took it in to them. They looked it over and unfortunately, my engine is dying. They didn't charge me a penny! Then told me when I go car shopping to bring the vehicle in before I buy it. They'll check it out and let me know what's wrong if anything. No charge!! Where do you find people like this anymore!? If my husband or I need work on either of our vehicles, we're coming here!!

We used to love this shop when it was J. Murray. Everything has gone down hill since he sold. My mother came in for new brakes and had to bring the car back. Come to find out they put the brakes on backwards. She thought they fixed it, until she started having problems. She brought it to a different mechanic to find that Journey put the wrong brakes on her car. We stopped coming here because we were qiven a quote for work and the quote was double compared to all the other places we called. On top of that, we were given two separate quotes for the same job with at least $100 difference. I also don't like that they turned our oil change monitor off in the car instead of just resetting it. Usually we take the sticker off the window and the car warns us. This time, we couldn't do that.

Terrible experiences since new owner and Zach left- bad communication from front desk, will keep your vehicle all weekend with no estimate for repairs until they decide to get to it Monday and even then, you have to call them for the gameplan and they maybe have an estimate ready, then you have to continue to wait for them to order the parts and get to the work. People have to work and need to plan accordingly when they don't have a vehicle, and their "loaners" are never available. The attitudes by the seemingly very eager to please new front desk only goes so far when there is bad communication and they are clearly overloaded by the work. Will be going somewhere else after 8 years
